Dawn is known for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, she genuinely loves making people feel good. She has grown from a stylist into our salon manager. Having been behind the chair herself, she understands the importance of keeping things running smoothly, supporting the team, and the client experience. Leading with positive energy, she believes the client experience is everything. She understands tht ach person who walks through the door has different needs, preferences, and expectations, and that’s what makes this work so meaningful to her. Behind the scenes, she keeps the schedule in check and orders supplies. Outside of the salon, she keeps life simple and balanced. You’ll usually find her cooking, hanging with her dogs, getting lost in a good playlist, or spending time with family and friends.
